It is months since I’ve reported here on an interesting postcard I’ve received through Postcrossing, so it’s time to remedy that. My favorite postcard of all of those I’ve received lately is this one from the Postcrosser “teadrinker” in New Jersey. Postcrossing, an organization I’ve belonged to for many years, connects people all over the world through postcards.
Teadrinker teaches high-school history. She, loves reading, figure skating, and hanging out in libraries and cafes. She told me in the note on her postcard how excited she was to read that I used to write Sweet Valley High books; she was a big fan back in her teens. And if this card is any indication, I am a big fan of her convictions and her sense of humor.
