It’s Pi Day! For the uninitiated, that is March 14, or 3.14…. In honor of the occasion, I have made — you guessed it — a pie. It’s chocolate pie (or chocolate pi) because my son is home for spring break and that’s his favorite.
It still needs to finish chilling in the refrigerator, and then I will dust it with cocoa powder and add whipped cream on top.
