The month is halfway over, and so is the Month of Letters challenge, in which we attempt to write and send at least one piece of handwritten snail mail per day during the month of February. Bills, advertisements, and such do not count, and we don’t have to send mail on Sundays and holidays when the mail does not go out.
Today, our Valentine’s Day weather was warm and lovely, and I sat at an outdoor cafe, drinking cappuccino and writing a long letter to a pen pal in New Hampshire. I kept thinking I’d write another one later, but that didn’t happen. It will tomorrow.
Happy Valentine’s Day!
