Why am I so sleepy today? My Fitbit says I got 6 hours of sleep last night. I ate protein at breakfast. I haven’t done anything terribly strenuous today, just the usual working-around-the-house stuff. I drank a cup of the high-caffeine tea. I’m not sick. Yet I’m struggling to check things off of my to-do list, and I just want to take a nap.
I NEVER want a nap in the middle of the day.
Instead, I think I’ll take a short walk. It’s kind of cold out today. Maybe the cold will wake me up. Or not.
